About the rally
THE RALLY
Weirys rally 2011 is 5 days of driving some of the best roads the countries have to offer experiencing it with like minded people looking to have a once in a life time trip. The rally is back to basics with you and your co driver reaching each destination by your own route either relying on knowledge, maps or sat nav´s, it´s up to you. So remember that spare tyre, jack and tools or just make sure you have adequate break down cover for the countries we are visiting.
THE ROUTE
We will be leaving Bluewater shopping centre in Kent heading to Harwich docks where we collect a ferry to Holand, From Holand we drive to our 1st destination Amsterdam here we will have an overnight stay and sample what Amsterdam has to offer. From Amsterdam we will head to the Nurburgring to have a blast or two on the famous race circuit and our 2nd overnight stop, we then head to the Stelvio Pass one of top gears best ever driving roads, before arriving at Lake Garda Italy this will be our 3rd overnight stay. On leaving Lake Garda we then head to Dijon France for our 4th and final nights stay. On leaving Dijon we head to Calais to get our ferry back to the UK.
FINAL NIGHT
Our final night´s entertainment will be laid on back in Kent where we will have an evening meal followed by a late night drink where you can invite friends and family to join the party to the late hours catching up on all the past 5 days of driving some of the best roads.
